I have decided to simplify my idea alittle more. same concept and idea but not as complex. I wantto have the same futuristic marine idea but instead of a whole mission that he was going to do i am just going to take the second idea i originally had for him, which is to put him on a turn table and be a showcase kind of deal. "this is what our future marine is going to be" i will animate him to do all sorts of things. like flips and encounter attacks.. still same idea with human intelegence and acts like a human but his agility is far better than a humans. Another thing i did is make him like a terminator look istead. looks like a human on the outside but inside its a whole different world compared to a human.
character development:
right now he is done i just have to do weight maps.. and he will be ready to animate.. i have yet made the turn table that will be the next thing. i might make a story board to make my idea flow alittle better and so i know what i'm doing.. or i will sketch out the moves he will be doing . thats it for now/.
